I know it's cheap but Herbal Essence's Color Me Happy is what I usually use. I've been dying my hair red for two years and it works great.

I use Klorane (the formula for color-treated hair) or L'Oreal Everpure Color-Care shampoo/conditioner (makes your hair super soft!).
