Coated asprin, not the gel. You just smash it up, add water until it's a paste, and apply it to pimples. (: then either wash off after 15 minutes or use it as an overnight treatment.

I like the gel best, you put a little hole in it and squeeze the gel straight into your blemishes, works almost instantly.
