The sephora by OPI collection is going away :( that one is amazing! Nails inc and Julep have awesome ones too but check on amazon or something for the sephora one!

You can also give your nails a matte look without spending any money! Just boil some water and put your painted nails above the steam (not too close because you don't want to burn yourself) :)

I don't know any good ones as of yet, but I hated NYCs. Normally I'm a fan of the brand, and I may have just gotten a bad bottle but I picked up one. Did two thin coats of polish, waited for them to dry completely, added the top coat...it never dried. I mean, never. 4 hours later and they were smudging.

Opi mattee top coat is good but bourjois so matte is also really good.
