That's probably your natural hair! Maybe getting it thinned out a little with layers will help a bit, but it's natural so there's not much you can do, sorry!

Try curling inward or a leave in conditioner at the bottom so it can stay.

There are ways hairstylists can cut your hair to help make that flip happen. so perhaps your stylist accidentally did a technique to make your hair do that. or maybe your hair is just healthier and happier now and lighter cuz some of the old dead weight was cut off and its able to have a little start or a wave pattern. (btw I'm a hairstylist) try using a heat protectant that also has hold. I recommend Paul Mitchell's hot off the press thermal hair spray. protects from heat and holds exactly where you want it to.

It could be drying up on your shoulder making it flip.

Same thing happened to mine once when I got it cut. There's not much you can do, its most likely the way the stylist cut it.

Unless you curl it then it should be fine.

Mine does that too. Just straighten it well and that haircut where it hits your shoulders always seems to flip out.

Maybe blow dry with a round brush.. And blow it inward.. Good luck girl.

Mine does this In the back. I just take my straightener and straighten the bottom layer (the part that flips) and make it curl a little but under and it will lay flat. :)
