How do you get rid of ingrown pimples!? I got one a brewing on my chiny chin chin and it hurts! Boo...thanks in advance!

Hot compress works for me. Wet a washcloth and microwave it until its warm but not hot and apply it to the affected area a few times should help. Just remember don't pick at it or it will get infected and could leave a scar.
