I've been hear about putting prenatal pills in shampoo but then...I kept hearing about main&tail shampoo and conditioner I have both and the prenatals but which helps your hair grow longer fast!?!?:S I'll post a pic if you need to see my type of hair texture;)

I've just bought Mane 'n' Tale shampoo and conditioner and used it for the first time I think it smells really nice and it's so nice on your hair... Obviously I can't say that's it's made my hair grow yet but it was lovely to use :) hope that helps

Mane & tail has worked on my hair. my hair is long down to my butt and I have used for a couple of weeks so far and see a major difference. its made my hair thicker and sleeker and healthier looking.
