Why don't you let I grow instead of cutting shorter? you will be happier in the long run if you hair grows to your desired length :)

Ahh I would love for it to grow Angel buts it's so over processed that its just grows to spilt , my cuticles are so open that ima have to cut a inch or two to help it grow but that would look too funky for me lol ):

Don't debate it. hair is about risks so just do it! I think it would fit you well but would take some getting used to. plus its hair, it will grow back with less damage too and you can start over with healthier hair and let it grow. or you never know, you may love it and keep it short (:
