If you want singles you should try MAC, KIKO, Sugarpill, Sigma, Makeup forever, Inglot, NARS, NYX, MUA and Urban decay. If you want a matte pallete I would go for a Coastal scents of BH cosmetics all matte pallete.

E.L.F. has a beautiful matte palette its called Little Black Book Day Edition 48 colors! A few are shimmer but most matte, $6, I found mine at target :)

I hate shimmer and glitter, I am all about the matte! Urban Decay has a lot of stuff outside of the Naked palette, theBalm, I believe Sugarpill and Medusas Makeup do also. ELF but I don't think they have that good of pigment. Concrete Minerals.

Why don't you try those customizable palettes and put all matte shades in? Mac is good :)

Inglot has a ton of matte shades, you can customize the colors you want in a palette. I highly recommend them!
