First of all congrats!! I wanted to do the fashion page sooooooo bad but I didnt get accepted onto yearbook even though I got a 90 in english and am currently the highest mark in my fashion class. Unfortunately the president of yearbook bullied me in elementary, so my dream was crushed.
That being said I'm glad to help you!! What if you make it a theme and call it "the (schools name) walk of fashion" and make every picture on a star and write witty celebrity references. For example, take a picture of a cool tee and write the caption as "mr. Tee wins the day again"

Megan I know whatyou mean but it hurt. Just because you didnt like me 4 years ago doesn't mean you have to decline me when I could be an amazing asset to the group. I'm in grade 11, and I found it extremely immature but hey thats high school. Its a popularity contest.

I'm not really sure how most people do them but our school took picture of the students and put them into the fashion section. it felt more personal that way.

To impress people you should try an interesting approach to fashion, like pick themes. I don't know how to explain this EXACTLY, cause I haven't done a yearbook feature before but I did come up with a whole fashion magazine as an art project and I did themes like street fashion, prep school chic, indie etc. on each spread I'd take pictures of people on the streets of the city (I use to live in Shanghai so I had plenty to choose from lol) and ask them a few questions about their style. Then I did a spread about what's in this season and what's out
