I bought this dress for a short time ,but I am confused and wondering why I buy with it ,shoes or sandals and it right color is blue or silver, please tell me what exactly?

It's pretty formal, don't wear really casual sandals. Silver is probably best.

#1... I don't think you should wear blueish heels since your already wearing a blue dress...maybe you can wear some nice blk heels :)
