Will refined coconut oil work the same as unrefined on hair? I accidentally bought it instead.

I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe refined coconut oil has lost some beneficial vitamins and properties through the processing, and may not work quite as well, but is still okay :) if you don't like how it works, use it in your cooking.

It all depends on the oil. I have a refined oil but its ONLY refined for the smell. You'll have to read the label and see If anything else was added or if it says why it's refined.
