There are so many gimmicks out there on hair growth products. Does anyone know if there's something that really works.

Vitamins, it needs to come from the outside in!! biotin I have heard is a good one or any prenatals x

Yep. Biotin. It works. You can purchase biotin pills anywhere for between $10 and $25.. GNC is where I get mine. I use bio-sil from GNC. They're the best in my opinion.

They are in pill form and they also have a liquid that you can add to a glass of water. Doesn't taste good, though.
