As for make up you have a great complexion so you don't need much and your browns are great too btw, but maybe add bronzer/ blush, a nude/pinky lip, mascara, and if you want more a winged eyeliner. Lol ik it seems like a lot but its really not. :))

I think you would look great with some warm carmel lowlights!! Would also suggest getting some layers to make your hair look like it has a bit more volume. As for your face its already beautiful!! You could get a lightweight bb cream that counteracts redness and then do some basic contouring to give dimension! Maybe some mascara to open up your eyes. You already look pretty so these are just minor changes to make you stunning!!
