Have you been using heat and/or chemical relaxer on your hair? If so I would get an intensive moisturizing hair mask pronto. I can't remember the product names off the top of my head but you can find it at Sally's Beauty Supply. Do not use any shampoo that contains sulfates as it will merely add further dryness. Use a cream based low suds shampoo (cowash). If push comes to shove I'd advise seeing a hair stylist who specializes in repairing damaged hair because they will know exactly how to get your back on track. And also go to the doc to make sure you aren't experiencing a health crisis that is affecting your hair.

Some medications make your hair very dry and brittle and your hair can also be over prossesed if you relaxing your hair to close together using to high of a heat seting, putting hair spray or gel in your hair then combing threw it instead of washing it , that all can lead to your hair drying out and falling out try carol's daughter natural hair product line and I agree with Shelley go into a hair salon and tell them your issues you may need a trim an deep conditoner to get you started on the righ track.

This is pretty expensive, but it works from the inside out as you grow new hair. It's a supplement called Viviscal. Other vitamins like just a regular multi or biotin may help plus a lot of protein and leafy dark greens in your diet. Pairing that with a good mask and minimizing heat damage could, over time, really make a difference. I'm so sorry for your situation, best of luck to you!

Thanks everyone, I'm going to Sallys tomorrow, Normally I would use a spray with olive oil and the dryness of my hair would just suck it right out and its dry again, but I'm going to keep on trying to get this thing under control.
