Even just using your toothbrush will exfoliate your lips, remember to use a good lip balm after though

Exfoliate your lips , I use sugar & olive oil , then apply a really good chapstick , lip liner to help the lipstick stay , lipstick & a little gloss if you'd like ;)

Exfoliate the night before, put very hydrqting lip balm on right after, wake up and put a thin layer of lip balm on, them apply lipstick. Try avoiding matte lipsticks when your lips are ceacked.

Honey and white sugar is an awesome exfoliant. Vaseline or Burt's bees are awesome for moisture. Slather it on at night, it really works to repair the skin. Lipbalm and lipliner under your lipstick will make it look smoother. Things like Revlon Lip Butter or Maybelline Color Whispers are great for a lipbalm feeling&application yet have the pigment of a lipstick. :)
