Don't pop pimples! use some ice to heal it,wash your face then dab tea tree oil, sudocreme or tcp on it and leave it overnight.

If you're In a rush somewhere, get redness relieving teardrops and dab some on the pimple. It will get rid of the redness in the pimple. But don't use this all the time as its better to heal it first.

Put honey on it, leave it on for at least 20 minutes and wash it off.

I would not recommend putting an ice cube directly on your pimple, there is such a thing as burning your skin with ice!! Instead dip a rag in ice water and then press it onto the pimple.
