Hey so I'm new and am just wondering because I have pale skin under my eyes but the rest of my facial skin is tan what did I do any semi permanant fixes as is it really bad.

Foundation can even out your skintone, or you could use a concealer under your eyes that matches your tanned skin.

A good under eye concealer is the maybelline fit me.
