If its completely 100% healed and just a scar use the hard candy glamoflauge concealer or the physicians fornula rx concealer but the glamoflauge covers tattoos even so I recommend glamoflauge.

It's really small just use normal concealer.

I would recommend just using a concealer. Go for concealer with fewer chemicals, as you don't want to irritate the scar.

For a more gentle way, try using a regular, white powder. This can include baby powder.

I burnt my face with my instyler the other day and it just went away! I wouldn't suggest wearing more makeup then you have to though as it'll slow the healing.
