You can use either tape or a sticker as a tracer, keep that on where you want it and then bath in the sun!! Make sure your under the sun long enough!!

Stickers work best I've done them before. If you get multiple stickers of the same shape you can tan with it more than once to get the design to really show

-Cut out the shape you want
-cover one side with double sided tape
-put the taped side on the place you want the shape to be on
-try not to get water or oil o the spot
-tan. ;)
