Nose Re-Pierced, Dry Skin Help.

I had to get my nose re pierced, and I have dry skin around the area.. how do I get rid of it fast / reduce it? I have a hands on job interview tomorrow.

Rose bud salve! I get mine at bath and body works, apply some around the dry area with a q tip and it works wonders. If you really need it urgently re apply every time it dries

Put Vaseline on it, cover it with a band-aid and sleep with it over night.
