Pimples on your arm? Hmm.. Are you sure it's not an allergic reaction of some kind? People don't usually get pimples on their arms. Maybe ask a friend or family member if they know what it could be.

That sounds either like chicken pox our keratosis pilaris. are they small and painless or are they blistery and painful?

Keratosis pilaris is exactly what I was thinking. It's very common and harmless. You can get rid of it by exfoliating frequently and moisturizing.

Go to a chemist and see if they have any body wash that will help :)

It's not anything to see a doctor about I've had it for years. Get a wash cloth put some face wash scrub on it and scrub your arm & chest hard! For a few days. And it's gone

Exfoliate and I also use a spray from Neutragena for body acne. You don't need to see a doctor unless it gets really bad and you can't control it with over the counter products.
