I never use heat protection, but people always say that it is good for your hair s: , I always blowdry & straight my hair , sowyeah..

Yes it prevents dry split ends and sometimes does cure and reduce hair damage :) I use "coconut serum" after I have a shower and gentler blow dry my hair :)

Yes don't worry I did use heat protectant when I first heat styled my hair (almost everyday) and yes it does make a difference and does prevent some damage

You should try and let it dry naturally. It's better for your hair.
