I don't understand what is exfoliate... I always see advice from you all here - just exfoliate! Can someone explain it to me?? I am not a native speaker and my dictionary doesn't made me very clever about this word :(

Basically its to use a cream or something like that with big grains in it (things graons of sugar). you rub the cream Into your skin and it takes out the layer of dead skin cells. this makes your skin smooth.
the mixture can be made at home or bought.

Thank you ladies a lot for your explanations!! I just didn't connect the word with a scrub... I get the point now :) In my language we don't have this verb, we can say only something like clean your face with scrub... :D
