Get more sleep, and put two spoons in the freezer overnight, and in the morning take them out and place them under your eyes. it should help.

This seems kinda stupid, but it works for me... I usually can't sleep much and have terrible bags, so I just use my finger to fill in the purple with powder foundation. The skin under you eyes is very thin, so you have to fill it in the best you can. I hope this works for you too :)
