How do you get nice beach waves on your hair AND extensions.

Try sea salt spray for beachy waves.

Try braiding your hair running a flat iron over the braid. You can also dampen your hair a bit and twist or braid your hair, let it air dry and when you take it out it should be waved up. You can also try sea salt spray but I don't know how well that works.

I always find extebsions difficult to curl but I've noticed that curling extensions with a curling iron works well because it doesn't make hair extebsions look too curly as they drop out easily on extensions I find but for your hair I recommend putting hair in rollers and spraying a little salt spray, it's how I do my hair :)

Twisting/braiding and going over it with a flat iron works, but there are also heatless beach waves tutorials on Youtube (try searching scarf waves or curls, heatless curls, semi-heatless, etc.) You will literally wake up with amazing beach waves and you just need a little sea salt spray(:
