I've literally have been on the same length for months and I have to cut split ends too so it never has time to grow :/ I don't even use the straightener or no heat except my bangs and that's what has the least split ends and grows more! help ;/ how do you girls get it to stay healthy :l.

Try extra virgin olive oil :) warm it up, massage it into your scalp, flip your head upside down for a few minutes and than shower :) that should help.

I have to get my fringe cut every 2/3 weeks as my hair grows quite fast naturally but my best friend has found that using less products and heat on her hair helps it to grow quicker.
You can also take vitamins such as primrose oil, I find my hair and even my fingernails are stronger because of it. :) thanks for your tip earlier

Castor oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil can help a lot. So can massaging peppermint or tea tree oil in your hair. They stimulate the scalp and help blood flow, encouraging hair growth. Also make sure to clip your ends regularly, or at least once every few months.
You can try taking biotin, the hair on your head won't be the only hair that will grow. You also need to make sure to drink plenty of water!

I trim my hair every two months... I use mustard oil... it really helps.. Give it a try and I'm sure you will not regret it.. Not only it will make your hair grow longer.. but it will make it softer.
