Stay away from heat and blow drying. I'm not saying to cut it but once or twice a week is enough. Also, try hair masque, deep conditioners etc. macadamia hair products are the best :) Lastly, your diet. Drink lots and lots if water. Also stay away from a lot of junk food and stick to the fruits and veggies:) hope I helped! If you have any?s ask!! ;)

I agree with @Jade S. and don't blow dry your hair. I have damaged hair from straightning it for years but I've learned ti accept my natural hair or do heatless waves. my hair feels so much softer when I dontbuse heat.

It doesn't really matter if you use heat
Well I does but it maters if you take care of your care
I straighten my hair like every other day or so and I don't have major split ends and my hair is strong and healthy
And it grows too
Before school ended it was up to my shoulders now its lil bit shorter to midway back

You can get hair masks from Walgreens. I forgot what it's called but they have one for every hair type and they come in a plastic jar..

Don't use any hair products or shampoos that contain Sodium Laureth-Sulfate, Silicones, Parabens, or fragrance. However hard it might be to avoid products with "fragrance" in the ingredients list, "fragrance" is just a nice word used to mean "a giant blend of chemicals".
