Sorry for the awful picture (in my opinion)...is this treatable with everyday products or should I seek help from a dermatologist?

If your acne is always like that I would see a doctor especially if nothing else has worked. Hope I helped:)

Oh I guess I should add..it's generally not like this, it has been for the past couple of months, but my skin is usually very clear. It is fairly oily though.

Always go to a dermatologist no matter how severe acne is.

Going to see a dermatologist is probably the best idea.
Meanwhile use more natural products, they won't have any are effects and in my opinion are the most effective.
Tea tree oil is really good at treating Acne, and feels really soothing to the skin.

Goodluck!

Most likely Hormones. Go to a derm. Dermatologists can even prescribe birth control pills that can help significantly if that's an option for you. I started taking BC pills when I had just turned 15 and it helped me.

I would see a dermatologist or gyno...I've read that acne on the chin is a gyno issue having to do with hormones so medication might be the way to go

Def try tea tree oil. Since the acne is still raised and irritated, the tea tree oil will eat away the bacteria and heal it.

Yes tea tree oil! Coconut oil also helps acne. It has antibacterial and anti everything properties.

Thanks everyone! I used to be on birth control..but that's a whole different story. I'll have to set up an appointment, but try tea tree oil in the mean time!
