First you take nail polishes of your choice,put it in a cup of water or bowl and tape off around the nail and take a needle and swirl the nail polish until you like the design and dip your nail.Let dry and add top coat

First: I like to add a white to make the colors pop. Then apply tape on the skin around your nails. Then take the nail polish of your choice and let a drop of each one fall into the water. Take a toothpick and create a design. Then dip your nail in for 15 seconds and let dry!(:

Yes the nail polish floats. At least most of them do; and I do mine with sinful colors and it works fine

My nail polishes just spread out really thinly in the water and I can't marble it in the water because it has dried on the water -_- but if you have the right nail polishes it should work
