I need a haircut because my hair is damaged at the ends and I want it to be one length. So no layers, but cute.
Also I also have layers so where it is layered it is pretty bad. And I want to grow my hair out to my waist once I get rid of the damaged hair.

Cut it too your neckline and have them do it choppy/textured at the end. Then use texture balm to texture the ends.
