Blotting sheets :) sally's sells a brand called palladio rice sheet these are amazing :) and rice powder translucent :) oh okay tried covergirl 3 in 1 omg it's amazing :D I a shade lighter because it does oxidize to a different color once it sets with the warmth of the skin :)

Find a good primer,or wash your face well apply a little bit of lotion just a dot, then apply milk of magnesium wait for it to dry then apply your foundation. But me personally since I have oily skin I skip the lotion part.

I agree with Donna 100% milk of magnesium does wonders to oily skin. But if I was you I would t really try to hard on trying to stop it bc reality it won't stop just have to find something that will tame it for the time being like milk of magnesium and blotting paper or blotting power which is sold by MAC

If you really are oily I recommend Macs gel green cleanser then natural radiance primer and oil control lotion also try the prolongwear foundation from Mac it stays up very well without having that extremely matte look:) hope that helped you! http://youtu.be/KsVWVjRNegU.

Make sure to check your skin regimen. Proper skin care is the first step. Try some moisturizer samples or drugstore products good for oily skin. Exfoliate twice a week too.
Never tried milk of magnesia, but no. 7 at target had a may tidying primer called "beautifully matte"-under 10 dollars and it does mattify.
Make sure your makeup is oil free... Try some anti-oil foundations. Rimmel and Covergirl offer foundations based in skin types. Powder foundation might be a good idea as well!
