Hey guys, so I recently applied at Sephora and I had my first interview with two other girls last week. My friend actually put in a good word for me (which is why I think I got the call back because she works there) I WAS SO NERVOUS AT MY INTERVIEW! But anyway I have a second interview this Thursday and I WOULD LOOOOVE to know what I can expecting! Like the kinds of questions. If that goes well, the manager said that the second interview will be followed by a "demo" (role play).Any advice with that? THANK YOU LADIES! I am EXCITED/NERVOUS!!!

I know Im late on this, but I actually work for the company. Because I interned for the company when I was "Hired" I had only one interview and was hired on the spot. But all I can say is maybe be ready for product knowledge, I was asked if I were on a island what products would I bring and why? Also, the company is all about the client & what she loves, and how we can help her feel/be beauty. So if you have a story that relates in life tell that or, worked customer service, make sure you tell them you can handle big and small issues(if you can) and why. Hope your interview went well!
