Help! I need a good Moisturizer??

I've been using the neutrogena acne wash and scrub wash seems like they did work and took my acne away, but now my face is peeling have red spots and its itchy and dry.. any one can recommend a good Moisturizer? one that I can use before my make up because after I wear the foundation my face peels off more

I recommend any of the Aveeno moisturizers! They're really lovely, nice textures, not too heavy, and there are many different options like complexion clearing or with sunscreen. I suggest you check the whole brand out!
