Saliva has many antibacterial properties, in fact when you invest starch the analase compound starts getting predigested in the mouth, making food lubricant to swallow
It has many medicinal properties, in fact the cuts and sores in the mouth heals the fastest without any scars. And morning saliva is the purest and most consentrated state, imagine what it will do to your skin, it's antibacterial. But you never apply the saliva on to your skin after eating something, you would promote breakouts. Just apply the wake up morning saliva. I do it to and my skin is tighter , fresher, pimple free and has healed my scars too. Believe me, I am a research scientist, my words have some weight and scientific backup to it. If saliva haters wana argue like ewww human mouth is dirtiest, then you might as well throw your saliva glands away. :P
