Hair growth HELP!!:(

So I've dyed my hair so many times so it gets damaged and I have to cut it. Right now it's like to my shoulders I love long hair and I wish I had it. Is there anything to make my hair grow like super fast I've had short hair for about 2 years now it SUCKS I HATE IT:( I've tried coconut oil, trimming it and other stuff nothing seems to work :/

Biotin pills or Mane n Tail shampoo. The thing about mane n tail is that I suggest using some sort of oil (argan, coconut, olive) alongside the shampoo so your hair won't be dried out, since that shampoo tends to be drying. Stay away from heat products too!

When conditioning your hair, only place the conditioner at the roots, then turn your head upside down and brush the condition downwards... Thats what helped me:)

I'm in the same situation but I've been using main and tail shampoo for a few weeks and my hair is already growing!! but I suggest you not dye your hair anymore because with main tail the dye comes out really fast... good luck hun!  :)

Biotin pills, mane n tail shampoo, castor oil and coconut oil deep conditioning masks, no heat, cut it only when needed (if you have split ends), be patient when brushing it, comb it when wet (or don't do anything at all), don't scrape/scratch your scalp when washing it, don't pick at your split ends, don't towel dry the ends of your hair, use heat protectant when you use heat... I think that's it! :)
