I had the tips of my hair blue and I let the color fade out so its a greenish color but I want to do it pink for tomorrow, is there any possible way where I can just use a diluter instead of bleach, because I don't have bleach, or could I just put the pink color over the bluish/greenish and it'll look fine? Please help me!

You could use color oops, although it is rather harsh.

If you put pink over green/ blue it'll look like muck, you have to bleach it out! a diluter won't do anything.

Color on top of color doesn't remove other color unless you're toning. Bleaching the hair actually removes color pigment from the hair. So the only way to do it is get a color stripper, or to bleach it out. And since blue is the hardest color to remove from the hair, that's still not guaranteed to get all of the color pigment out.
