I have a rash by my nose and we have tried everything it is hell please any solutions?

I don't really know how to help but depending on the rash try not to irritate it further!

Is it like the irritation from constantly blowing your nose? Cuz me and my sister have the worst allergies right now and if its that then we have the same thing. I guess maybe Vaseline?
