I am trying a new mix of 50/50 Apple Cider Vinegar and water applied twice a day with a cotton pad. I just started but it came up a lot when I researched online. Will report back if I see improvement :)

Natural ways to help could be some sort of Vinegar mix, but a "doctor approved" way could be Murads Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum. The Hydroquinone thats the main ingredient helps fade dark spots and freckles evenly. And the Glycolic Acid helps get the dead skin from the area(s) off so it works better/faster. You should try it out!
