Well I would get it cut off. Not much you can do to fix it.
To help is honey, oil and eggs mixed together does help but cutting it will get rid of it. Oil will help you grow it out and keep it healthy

Make sure you deep condition your hair! Where your hair had been damaged its seriously lacking moisture! Also use a hair repair serum every single time you wash your hair And its damp I use Argan oil hair repair serum! You can also put a tea spoon of olive oil in the conditioner while you deep condition! And also don't use heat in your hair anymore but if you really have to use heat protectant! Ops luck!

Oh and sulfate free shampoo is key because it dosent strip your hair n damage it...sulfate in your shampoo make your hair dry n brittle.

The best thing to do for your hair would be to get it cut and start over. It sucks but I had to do it to... My hair use to be almost down to my butt and it was so damaged that I really had no choice but to cut it up to my shoulders and now I wear wigs just until it grows back.

The Aussie 3 minute miracle treatment works wonders in my opinion, best drug store brand out there. I recommend it to all of my clients :)

I've been doing hair for 6yrs now garnier and herbal essence is the worst for your hair because they have such strong fragrances they contain lots of alc. and dry out hair honey oil and eggs is a myth and does nothing for the hair it layers on the surface of the hair does nothing for it. Using shampoos that do not contain sulfates is the best as it will not strip your hair or color. Certified organic...not organic has to be certified organ ic shampoos and conditioners contain no chemicals and are awesome. Reginald trims every 4-6 weeks will help prevent split ends. Pulling your hair up into a ponytail all the time will create breakage and split ends so use clips if possible. Also do not brush hair with a brush when wet use a wide tooth comb, this should help get your hair back to normal and if your hair is very dryed out Moroccan oil works great and get the Moroccan oil brand not a knock off there is a huge difference.

Get the split ends trimmed first! Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth. Leave in the oil in with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. Egg and mayonnaise masks can make your hair look healthier too. Sometimes it’s good to leave it overnight for extra moisture. Personally, I mix it up and use coconut oil some weeks and other weeks I use a Moroccan argan oil hair mask from pro naturals that I buy, it’s pricey but it works.

Get a haircut first to get rid of your split ends and then do a deep conditioning treatment once a week or depending on your damage level after your haircut m.
