Exfoliate, you don't have redness so skip foundation and coverup as much as you can, wash your face twice a day, and if nothing works go to a dermatologist. They work miracles.

I don't break out too often but what has always worked for me is gently cleansing skin at night & apply coconut oil. By morning, it should be if not gone; dramatically reduced. Coconut oil is used for sooo many things. Including being a natural antibacterial, anti- virtual, anti fungal and antibiotic. It also reduces redness & dryness & is great for the skin- which comes along with acne & scaring. Just something you can try & see if it works for you :) xo💕

Exfoliate, use a cinnamon honey mask, the body shop's tea tree oil line (cleanser, toner, mask) are great for clearing it up. Or try buying a bottle of pure tea tree oil (approx $8) and mix it into your moisturizer when you wear makeup. :)

The exfoliating will make the skin smoother instantly, the honey mask takes effect if you do it daily for about 1 week or so. the body shop's cleanser/toner/mask will clear it up within a week or so as well. Pure tea tree oil as spot treatment will work in days. Mixing it into your moisturizer should take 5-6 days to see noticeable results :) you speak great english don't worry lovely x

You honestly have great skin. despite the bumps you have pretty smooth skin overall. do you normally break out or is this out of the blue? I recommend adding benzoyl peroxide to your skin regimen. start off with a low dosage of 2.5. tea tree oil is a great and 100% natural alternative and can be just as effective as benzoyl peroxide. I'd read the regimen on acne.org to get an idea :)
