Maybe alcohol? Like take a q-tip and dab that in alcohol and then put it on the pimple.

I'd try something like clearisal rapid action gel or benzoyl peroxide. Anything meant to make a single pimple go down quickly depending on how far the pimple is.

Yeah definitely don't pop it. It'll only prolong the pain or stay uncomfortable. Leaving it alone may be your best bet even tho I know that's not what you're looking for here.

I had one and I popped it! Gone forever!! Lol its just bacteria from your nose thats clogged it up and made the pimple... Pop it then clean it with warm water!!
