Steam your face and then wash it with warm water so that can go deeper in your skin and clean it then follow up with cold water to close your pores then follow up with a toner then a moisturizer!! Hope I helpes.

You can use this with both cold water, warm water or no water great for camping. On the back it says how you can use it with water and no water. Its best to wash your face with any cleanser with warm water which opens up the pores and allows the cleanser to cleanse deeply. I love this cleanser for everyday and uou can use it for more than once a day because its that gentle! I also love this the days where my eczema just starts getting crazy and this would help calm it down. :)

I love it :) it works great as a cleanser but you need some type of spot treatment if you have existing acne because cetaphil doesn't have salycitic acid

Yes totally love it.. I used to have really bad cystic acne and this dermatologist lady that was doing me a facial in beauty schools told me about this product... it cleared up my skin and I haven't stoped using it ever since. funny thing is its not labeled as an acne cleanser at all nor doesw it have "sylisic acid' or "benzoyl peroxide" like most acne stuff on the market... sorry lol I'm sure that's not the correct spelling.
