Is 100% ok to use to clean brushes?

No it can't be as it will dry up fast and evaporate.You can use 70% or 91% isopropyl alcohol by mixing it with water.By diluting it with water alcohol won't dry up fast n hence will clean the brushes properly!

I use 91% with a cleanser like evercream.
