Skin tone basic are
Cool (pink, red or bluish undertones)
Warm (yellow or golden undertones)
Neutral (a mix of warm and cool undertones)

How to figure out tones:
Look at the inside of your forearms. See the veins there? If they look more blue, you're probably cool undertones. If you see green veins, you're warm. So, blue veins = cool skin, green veins = warm skin.

Also if you wear more or look better in silver jewelry your more cool. If you wear more gold then warm. If you look good in both your probably neutral.

First you need to figure out what your undertone is: cool, neutral, or warm.
Look at your wrists, what color are your veins?
Cool will have a purple blue
Neutral will have green and blue
Warm will have a green olive

Once you figure that out go to either a makeup store and ask for assistance or look at the drug store and find a color wheel, Revlon usual has one.
The color when will have a warm color section and a cool color section.

I'm a light medium shade and my undertone is neutral, but my shade of foundation in Revlon Color Stay is Fresh Beige, the most neutral of the warm undertone foundations.

A good tip is to put foundation on your if you are really unsure. Make sure the foundation is not too pink or too yellow. Your best bet will be to go with neutral if you can decide. Hope this helped

Yea better double check. Also go in natural light, it's easier to tell what your true color is.

I always just go to the person in the makeup section or store I go to, if you ask for help they're always more than happy to give you a hand.
