I'm not to sure if this is a cold sore, so I was wondering if you girls can help! I've never had something like this before and I'm pretty terrified! please help, and any suggestions on what I should take?

Omg I get them all the time you can use abreva they sell them at any drug store its pretty fast acting or for an at home remedy use vaseline and tee tree oil and ice it to stop the swelling
