First one and no bright lips like that one person said maybe some Chapstick to make them a bit shiny and smooth looking but the key is natural.

Don't wear makeup to your modeling interview!! They want to see you and keep the outfit simple with a t shirt and jeans they want to see natural and your body trust me.

I wouldn't wear that much makeup and definitely not the first. The light colored eye shadow makes you look younger. The second is better if anything but not the lip color, it is not natural looking. You must look natural or wear no makeup at all. I would personally darken the eyebrows a bit but again, make it look natural. I have been through this for over ten years, keep it simple. Also, jeans that fit you perfectly would be fine but not a t-shirt, wear something more fitting and cute.
