I am noticing that my skin is dry and, Well unhealthy.
I love eating fruit. But maybe I am missing something? Anyone fruits that are good for you're skin? ( My skin is dried out I think becouse of moisturizer, so extra question, anyone a good one? :) )

Number one is water! drink it and green tea helps too cuz it detoxes body. Another thing is taking vitamins and drinking milk. Also having veggies and protein like chicken. A well balanced way of eating is key.
