I usually look up down but open my eye as much as it can but thats cuz I'm not afraid of it goung near my eye if not that try to pull ypur lashline up and draw on it from there as its lifted up its really hard to explain lol xx

I try to look up and line it.. But honestly my eyes start to tear up & it tickles like crazy lol so I never really do that great of a job.

But I've heard if you line the bottom with a thick pencil or kohl liner & blink down hard a few times it'll help to transfer some of the product to the top waterline.

Try a highly pigmented black shadow. line your bottom waterline, close your eye, and pull out from the outer corner making your eye really tight. :)) that's just how I do it.

@Ariel that happens often when I line my bottom waterline. @Jennifer I do it because I feel like it makes my lashes look fuller and look like I have more lashes.
