Have you ever thought of going a bit darker? Not brown, but a darker blond? In my opinion, I would save the pink for spring/summer so you're not constantly damaging your hair or anything. It'd be a cute change for a while. (:

And for makeup, don't use foundation. Your skin looks gorgeous. But if you want use BB Cream, mascara, simple eyeshadow to make your eyes pop. Winged eyeliner maybe. And a dark pink lipstick/lip stain or a tinted lip balm.

Maybe (if you would like) get pink extensions so then you could dye your hair black with bright pink extensions peaking out. Scene hair looks better black anyway and as a pluss it won't fade. And make eyeliner go outward a bit more to complete the look. And don't forget to tease hair more it looks like it has no volume. Scene hair is big.
