Get a spot treatment! The Grease Lightning one by lush is amazing it works over night.
And make sure you have a good skin care regimens and never sleep with makeup on.
Also avoid your foundation till school starts, it could be making you break out

Moisturizer works and wash your face. My friend also has X out and said it was great so you might want to try that.
